Job overview
Onsite position based in Makati City responsible for routine bookkeeping and accounting support. Key responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Record general ledger entries and assist with month-end close.
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Prepare basic financial reports and maintain accurate records.
- Use QuickBooks and Excel to manage bookkeeping tasks and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (creating formulas, pivot tables, and financial reports).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in work.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role is preferred (but entry-level candidates may also be considered).
- Experience with accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.
